Privacy notice
This notice covers this website. The handling of data inside the Prospectomics software is set out in our agreements with customers.
- Controller. Spin-Off Venture Builder Ltd, with the details above.
- What we collect. The details you send through the demo form (name, work email, company and message) and the technical logs our hosting provider keeps to run the site securely. We use no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
- Why. To answer your request and arrange a demo, as steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and to keep the site secure, which is our legitimate interest.
- Who processes it for us. Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (delivery of form messages to our mailbox).
- How long. We keep requests for as long as we need them to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and delete them within 24 months of the last contact if nothing follows.
- Your rights. You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to the email above. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
